Five years ago, on 1 July 2020, at the initiative of Maryna Honda, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration (KSCA), our office was established as a structural unit within the KSCA Department of Social Policy.
Throughout these years, we have been working diligently to promote equal opportunity policies in Kyiv, foster leadership among women, enhance their economic independence, and combat discrimination.
